Waist: Measure where the elastic is sitting (bend from side to side so the elastic can find your waist).
Hips: Measure around the widest part of your lower body/buttocks approximately 20-25cm below the waist elastic.
Inner leg: Measure from the bottom of the crotch seam along the inside of the leg until you reach your ankle.
